In 2010 a structural report revealed that the beautiful window in the gable to the church was in need of replacement. The church decided that this was an opportubnity to commission a new design through a competition. Over sixty entries were received, some from outside of the UK, and the winning scheme was designed by Don Nicholson of Ross-on-Wye.
The window has been made safe and will be replaced with the winning design as part of thye wider Place to Go development at the front of the Church. On completion the window will, once again, bring light into the sanctuary, that it has been denied for forty years.
