Above you can see the winning entry in the competition for the new glass window and, we hope, you are delighted with the selection everyone has had a hand in making. Thank you for your interest.

The Church is now working on ideas on how to put the window in the best possible setting so that it is clearly visible to all. The working title of the project is “A place to go” and more details will be following shortly.

Update 9 June.

Detailed architectural plans have been drawn up and are due to be sent off for planning permission shortly. It is expected that the results of the planning application will be available around November. Meanwhile computer generated images of the proposed alterations to the front of the Church are on display in the Foyer to the Church.
 

Update 28 Jan 2012.
The architectural plans are currently with the local Council for planning consent. Ongoing discussions are taking place between the Council and Church representatives.
